WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from our fulfillment centers or warehouses. We prioritize getting your order to you efficiently! Due to the premium and sometimes specialized nature of our decorative planters and tech pots, please allow an estimated 3–8 days for your order to arrive.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If your order contains multiple items (such as multiple planters or a combination of pots and accessories), each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on availability and the quickest fulfillment location. If a particular premium item is very popular and on backorder, we may ship your available items in separate packages to prevent delays and get them to you as fast as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. We apologize if an order gets stuck, sent back, or lost during the delivery process, as the postal service is outside of our direct control. However, in such cases, because the packages are insured, we will promptly send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if available. Please refer to the Returns Policy below for information regarding when this policy applies to shipping situations.

Returns Policy

Our Return and Refund policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

  • Refund or Return is only provided in case of any damage caused by the courier during transit, or if you received the incorrect product.
  • If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is placed and subsequently canceled after reaching the destination, your user ID and address would be flagged and banned from future COD orders.
  • Replacement would be provided only when you can furnish a full, unedited video of the unboxing of the package clearly showing the damage or incorrect item.
